In this game how come it is a draw?
I should have won this game because white was time out
The black king was alone so when a single piece is remaining on the board if opponent time rans out the result will still be draw the main fact is u can't defeat with a king if u even had a knight or bishop it would still be draw if opponent time ran
You only lose by timeout if there exist a sequence of moves such that your opponent can mate you. In this case, even tho your opponent ran out of time, there doesn't exist any legal sequence of moves such that you can checkmate your opponent (you clearly cannot checkmate with just a king), so the game is a draw. This is not just a Lichess thing, this is actually a FIDE rule
It was because of the insufficient material your opponent had.
