Suggestion: remove off-topic discussion

@Yeltcki I hope you understand the meaning of "off topic discussion".
You may discuss anything u want in there. It can be literally anything (except swears and shaming, of course).
If you have a problem with that, you may not open it.
I suppose Lichess could create a "really off-topic" forum. But what happens if something is just too off-topic even for that?

@Yeltcki do you mean "remove mods from their job"? Don't give mr.Thibault ideas

Although there are spam/useless/pointless topics in the off-topic sub-forum, it's good as people can share their thoughts/opinions with everyone. Besides serious chess related topics, sometimes having fun in reading or posting there is kind-of cool. If you don't want off-topic discussion forum, 90% people (Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know) would regret on closing it.

But I agree to remove/reduce the spam topics in it.

If you don't want off-topic sub forum, simply, don't click on it. If you won't click, you won't read. If you won't read, you won't post.
To be completely off-topic shouldn't the posts in the off-topic folder be tightly focused on chess? That would certainly be off topic for an off topic section.
