A guide to manage tilt

> This article can be summarized as " If you tilt then a)take a short break b)hit something and c)don't tilt. While this is not wrong per se and may be helpful to some, this cavalier treatment of a player's emotional turmoil does not remotely do the topic and its complexity any justice. The topic tilt has been a bane for many poker players and been extensively covered by many (poker) authors and I'd suggest chess players suffering from tilt to look into the poker literature. I'll throw my suggestion"The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler in the ring...

pretty much yes but some people may not know how to take a break effectively and taking your force out on your keyboard or mouse is not a good way to deal with tilt. better option is to get a punching bag which some people may not know about. thanks for the feedback though much appreciated <3
This article is very poor quality. There should be a minimum standard, and it should be higher than this.

thanks! im sorry that the 2nd blog i made wasnt quite professional standard :(
Is it actually that common for people to break physical objects when losing? The idea of that is completely foreign to me. I'd think anybody who's doing that probably needs to consider giving up chess altogether.

*chucks mouse across room
I have an alt account for tilt, I dont care about its elo, so I play and even tho I lose I dont care
I think just getting up and walking around is the best thing to do. Even if you have to go on a long walk. Usually you can clear your mind and feel silly about getting worked up over chess.
