Rating System

So I am relatively new to chess, started playing a few months ago and I have a few questions on how I am being rated. I really only play 10 minute games, but my ratings are drastically different between the two sites I play chess on, Chess.com and lichess. On lichess I'm rated about 1400-1500 and on chess.com I hover around 1100, which one is more accurate(Ive played many more games on chess.com, but most were when I was learning or messing around with chess). Also how do I get better, it seems my game has plateaued a little bit, I watch chess lectures online but those have seemed to stop helping me out. please lmk.
Thanks all!
They use different rating systems so its hard to compare, you should look at percentile instead.
however the answer is; every site have its rating.
chesscom is too low, lichess is too high.... your real rating is more or less in the middle.
Your rating is just a number relative to others playing within the same system. Your score at chess.com correlates with others that that have brought up the same question here on lichess that also have the same score here.....I'm surprised no one has literally drawn a comparison between the two formula and posted it because your question is repeated frequently.
