Still no answer? Does this mean lack of Lichess staff?
It's also linked at the bottom of "Our simple tips" so that's 3 places. As it applies to ToS it's listed there, as it applies to affecting blogs it's listed there. etc.
People often ask 'what affects my blog ranking' but i've never been asked 'what ettiquette is appropriate for blogs '. sorry you found it unclear. glad you found it.

Probably not. Maybe they're just not interested in reading this. It's a discussion forum for users, not moderator/technical support. And if they did see it, they'd have to be interested in digging into whatever archives exist for recording old, obsolete moderator discussions. Which surely don't exist for every decision that they make.
Indulging your curiosity wouldn't seem particularly important to a moderator.

I sympathise with the OP here.
When I click on "ranking your blog" I would expect information on, well, how blogs are ranked. But that information cannot really be found on the linked page. It feels like a broken link.
On the other hand, looking for the etiquette, the prominent link is missing.
Maybe it should be called "Etiquette and Blog Ranking". and the linked page might get a sentence or two at the top about ranking.

@AaronNZ Possibly you didn't notice that a moderator did respond to you. The reply #3 (and also #12 later) are moderator responses. If you did in fact notice that, I apologise.
I asked a simple question. Why is it now called "Ranking your blog" instead of "Blog Etiquette"?
Someone could simply respond with - Because ......

I have been seeking the answer for more than 4 days and still no clear answer?

It can be frustrating, but developers do read this Lichess Feedback forum and take note while often not responding. Getting involved in discussion isn't for everyone, especially people who are busy doing more important things on the site. The best way to handle things in my experience is to post your observations here, as you have done, and leave it at that. They will be read. Questions aren't always answered and we have to live with that.

The reasoning of the name change is explained in #8. Whether or not the change was actually an improvement is another debate.
