Rating not going up?

So... if you look at my past few games,it seems as if my rating will not budge,can I know why? Do I have a ban of some sort?

@Pinpointmold4 You were playing casual or unrated games. Try clicking the big buttons on the homepage for rated quick pairings, or make sure "Rated' is selected if making seeks in the lobby.
