I am rated 2476 in puzzles, i solved, but it was though. I think it is not overrated.

The idea is that you have to know what to do after Raf1
I don't think a Lichess puzzle can be 'overrated' as the rating is calculated by how many people solved it. Different players find different types of puzzles hard, maybe you just have an attacking instinct...
He is rated 2700 in tactics, i am only 2504 now.

Seems like a case of easy-when-you-see-it. The move doesn't really jump out immediately.
