I reached 2200 in Rapid. Help me reach 2300!

Hi there!
I have a similar question.
I am around 2200 lichess in rapid and classical, and I realize the 2 main things I should do to improve is solving puzzles, and playing and analyzing slower games. I switched from 15+10 to 30+20 recently because 15+10 is too fast for me to try and calculate at least something during the game.
My opening repertoire is narrow. And I am wondering if there is a point in playing online at which learning a second opening is the way to proceed. Or maybe there are openings that are especially useful for my improvement.
For now my repertoire is following.
White 1. e4. Then 4 knights scotch, sicilian alapin, french tarrasch, caro-kann panov.
Black against e4 is caro-kann. Then 3... Bf5 against advanced, 4... Nf6 against classical, Nc6+Nf6 against exchange.
Black against 1. d4 is classical slav.
Interesting to know your opinion.
To the op my advice will be to switch to slower time control and do puzzles. Both easy ones and difficult ones. And analyze your games. Not sure if my opinion is of that great value.
No offense brother, but if you're only 2000 puzzle rating after 8,000 puzzles you are not spending enough time on calculation. You are rushing and missing the theme of the puzzle, which means your intuition about the position isn't as strong as it should be.

SLOW DOWN and learn how to find strong candidate moves, calculate them, and make a strong decision.

"Too Weak, Too Slow" is based on someone who has spent A LOT OF TIME mastering the science of calculation, do it slowly so you can practice how to do it quickly.

My puzzle rating is 2000, because I tilted at some point, but I can easily reach 2400-2500 in puzzles, but it means nothing.

Brother, you tilted daily between Feb thru July 2023, my original point stands.
