Sandbagging Warning received

Hello LICHESS

my name is Andrea and I come from Italy: as you see, I have a flag in my lichess profile.

Yesterday, while I was playing the WEEKLY CLASSICAL ARENA, I received an alert for SANDBAGGING, where, whitout half terms, LICHESS told me that in my career, I have INTENTIONALLY left the game to decrease my rating on purpose. I did not
understand how this works, but I think that someone reported me.

Well, I love lichess, here I learnt to play.

I have made several games here, almost sixty thousand in almost four or maybe five years, and I never thought to decrease
my rating on purpose.

The reason why probably someone reported me yesterday, is because, compared to other players, I had done thirty games while the other players were playing their own 15th game, that is I had a double amount of games in the same time.

But I am not a "sandbagger": if I resign is just for not to continue in a desperate position, or for a misclick :D and then because I play very fast (but this I CAN)

I want to ask you, how this report method works?

I understand that the message system is very probably automatic even if unpleasant, but... did some person verify my position and then choose to give me a warning? If yes, I would like to talk with him (with calm)!

Bye LICHESS

@RapidVariants I want talk with words to the moderator that gave me the warning: altough your message is clear, I think that it is a little incorrect.
You're right, "sandbag" is the wrong word for a player who quits a game early as #2 suggests.
@Toadofsky I assure you that in my opinion those position were lost so I resigned, but no for any purpose. I think that I learned that a player can resign when he wants. By the way "incorrect" was not the right word, better "unfair".
Where this gets complicated is that opponents want to play real games:

The first of those positions is the Tennison Gambit, although it has a dubious reputation.
The second of those positions... depending upon the circumstance, I too might resign there.
@Toadofsky you are very kind to build a discussion about it.

Tennison Gambit.... now i know it. Altough in that circumstance it was a misclick, I promise you I will play it.

About the second position, I have thought like you and you like me.

About the third... Stockfish says about -2 that is for black (and I had black pieces), if I have understood the meanings of the engine, but in my opinion it was a lost position: I mean, sometimes psychology affects in a negative manner.

At this point, for me it is all clear and I am happy to have talked with you.

Thank you
Honestly, thanks for bringing this to my attention as I think Lichess can improve accuracy of its "sandbag" detection and separately keep track of players who frequently lose or draw in the opening.
@ap87

Btw the engine cannot tell which side an analyzer wants to look at, so positive means white has an advantage and negative means black has an advantage.

You had a nice advantage in that position.
