Rule against sandbaggers

It's pretty boring play tournaments against much stronger players that obviously outplay the vast majority of the other players.
I suggest that players that has ratings +200 or +300 in other time controls be forbidden to join the tournament.
Lets say, a player that is 1750 in rapid should not be allowed to join a U1500 blitz tournament, no matter his/her (FAKED) blitz rating.
It's common sense! It's not real that difference between time controls, I just don't believe it.
I don't think your logic is watertight. My ratings get progressively worse for faster time controls, and they are absolutely not sandbagged. The differences are really significant, too.
Some people just need time and play worse if they don't get enough. Look at my ratings, I'd be excluded from a 1500 bullet tournament according to your subjective sense. :)
i think adding this rule would only result in less people in tournaments
I'm pretty sure there might be, statistically, a little amount of people with strong differences between time controls. But I prefer to encourage that people to enhance their speed to play, than allow sandbaggers to ruin the tournament. It makes no sense to host a tournament for UXXXX rating if you allow people above that rating outplay the others. I repeat, it's common sense.

May be an "average rating" between time controls might help to get this problem solved.

In any case, besides my suggestion, I'm almost sure nothing is gonna happen... but anyways, I made the post just in case some justice can be applied in this subject.
I do not agree to your logic because I think people can be very good at classical for example but become very nervous in Bullet games. HOWEVER I THINK YOUR SUGGESTION ABOUT AN IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ADDITIONAL UNIVERSAL RATING FOR ALL TIME CONTROLS IN CHESS + CHESS960 (butexcluding variants like horde or crazy house since they are very different games) LIKE THE CURRENT UNIVERSAL RATING SYSTEM IN REAL LIFE WOULD BE AWESOME!
If someone is willing to sandbag to win an under tournament with no prize fund, then let them do it. They will likely get banned and also, they need to stop wasting their time. While winning the under tournament is a big deal for someone legit under the rating, it isn’t impressive for someone 200 points higher.

If you do think someone is sandbagging, just use lichess.org/report and if they do get banned, they will be disqualified from the tournament and the standings will be adjusted (I think).
One way to reduce sandbagging would be to limit tournaments to people who have never hit 100 or so ratings points above the limit at that game in the past year or so. I have seen this on another chess site, not sure if lichess does it or not (if not , I suggest they start).
There is also a problem with the entrance ratings, I have seen players get over 1500 in a tournament then right afterwards go and lose a few rated games to get under 1500 before Lichess updates their ranking. I have reported at least a dozen people for doing this and only 1 has been banned so far.

Also @Titus369 your logic is flawed for the reason that your saying who cares if there is an adult playing on the opponents little league team, its only little league.
