I think, by the time someone reaches ~Social Security age, about 70 years old for most, or on disability income from that, that should disqualify him or her from obtaining political office. And, I believe it's important for society to take care of their Elderly or people suffering from disability too, even though some of them may still want to contribute. There's a place for everyone in this world, even compassionately speaking I think. At some point, people should retire, and hand down the torch of leadership to the next generation. There's no shame in handing down the torch of leadership too. Also, retirees still get to vote and share their wisdom in other ways too. :)
