White is a player on chess.com and arrived to K+B v K+P+R when black ran out of time, technically a mating position is possible if black loses his rook and promote to a bishop then run the king to the corner to set up the mating position, so wouldn't this be a win for white?
I had an earlier forum post about "possible mating position" being legitimate claim to a win.
