Insufficient Material bug

Lichess does not always declare the game drawn in the positions it should. According to fide rule 9.6:
The game is drawn when a position is reached from which a checkmate cannot occur by any possible series of legal moves. This immediately ends the game, provided that the move producing this position was legal.
However there are positions, where no series of legal moves can give checkmate, and yet lichess does not declare the game drawn.
For example if white had a king of g1 and queen on g7 while black has a king of h8 and it is black to move, the game should be declared a draw, but lichess does not do so. And if you run out of time you would lose as black
