Automatic draw

How is this automatic draw? (5 x same position)? I think the algorithm is very flawed

A random check within 1s reveals the same position in move 45, 43, 41. Just three clicks and if you don't know now you know.

There were 1 billion games played but the algorithm is flawed. Very always.
