The Elshad System

Hello chess friends,
there is a new opening theoretical "The Elshad System" for white and black by Igor Nemtsev, probably an unknown Russian author. What surprises me again and again is that there seems to be no bizarre idea nowadays that is not playable. What do you think about this opening and how do you react to that? Do you play this opening yourself?

It seems quite playable

Maganda yung aggressive na opening kagaya ng king's indian attack o london system

It look playable. just is it strong enough to be played a t the top lvl. The Colle system failed to give any advantage for the player playing it.
