Out of those, I gotta give it to Magnus.
Engines have deteriorated the beautiful game of chess. They have made modern players lazy and lack originality and creativity. The drawn games of present time has made players dependent and equally strong. If Magnus was born before 1960s, he would be much stronger than today's Magnus.
Hence,
Any player of before engine era > any player of engine era
Now, in BEE (Before Engine Era), strongest is Mikhail Tal not just that he is greatest attacker but because his unbeaten streak of 95 games had higher win% than Ding and Carlsen streak.
Remaining unbeaten by playing such non-simple moves is unbelievable.
Also, he is called Magician for some reason.
Those who don't know should watch his games.
Even Stockfish 14 fails to solve Plaskett's puzzle which wad solved successfully by only 1 GM, none other than Tal himself though the composer had missed a key variation in solution.
