I was looking to see if there was a way to get answers as to why a particular solution is the best solution. There have been a number of puzzles where I don't understand why the best solution is the best solution. Thanks
Maybe if you posted them here....
If I can't see the reasoning behind solutions I bring Stockfish in at the top of the puzzle annotations and backspace the position to see what the computer reveals at the point of interest.
You just have to systematically go through all the lines. Something I find very helpful is to flip the board so you are playing the losing side and just play against the engine. I find playing against engines, on either the winning or losing side to be very helpful, especially if you really take the time to think about what the computer is going to do in response to your move and then analyzing why your predictions where wrong
