Why can`t we advertise teams?

If we can`t advertise teams,then how can we get members in our team?

You can get new members in other ways such as, making daily/weekly/monthly tournaments, team battles with active big teams, get your team members to know each other well.
You can also put your team link in your bio. Advertising on Lichess.org is not allowed

you can get to know people, and invite them. they dont have to invite, but its a less annoying way than spamming the forums
