Oatmeal, soy drink, banana, flax seeds, hemp seeds, raisins. One of the only two dishes I eat since being vegan for a year. My intestines are grateful and my athletic performance has never been better. The only supplements I take are Vitamin D and B-complex (by Biover), and my blood cultures are normal.

Guys Turkeys are so Yum probably the top and i meant the pun. But turkey is just good. Although alligator is right behind it is like chicken but tougher.
