how can i braek the 1800 in lichess

basically, I have 2 questions firstly what 1800 is into real rating fide secondly just what is the next step for breaking each 100 points lets say??
1800 lichess blitz will be about the same in real FIDE 1800 rapid is somewhat less.
The next step to improve seems to play slower. In the next 10+0 time control you have 9 minutes left at the end. So you played as if it were 1+0 bullet. Take time to think.
You ...Ra6 is a typical idea with the white bishop on c1, but not if it is on f4. You cannot swing the rook to h6. You had to play ...d6 instead so as to develop your Bc8.

If you ask me, 1800 rapid of those who play 10+0 games in lichess is equivalent to FIDE strength of 1300.

Yes I am actually an 1800 lichess player sometimes going up and then again coming back to my actual strength of 1800.

In FIDE rated tournaments, I have seen 1400 rated players crushing me like anything and even I have struggled a lot against 1300. Those below 1300 are those, I was able to fight comfortably.

Never understood why people say 1800 here = 4 or something in real rating. A GM recently assessed my OTB (over the board) strength as 2100, exactly as my bullet rating was here at that time. OTB games VS my friend who has an official rating of 1950 proved it as well as I got the better of him.

Maybe for SOME PEOPLE 1800 here = 900 or whatever in OTB play, but that doesn’t mean it’s the same for everyone else.

So far I noticed, at least from my own humble experience, that every new 100 points = you solved another ~300-500 puzzles several times over until instant recognition, and watched several YouTubes on the openings where you got destroyed in your previous games.

@Kusokosla Assessment by GM is by no means most accurate way to asses playing strength but I think he was right.

Classic in that image is really rapid as classic was taken as its own category after data for that image was collected. Estimating from that lichess blitz 2000 could be 1800 to to 2100 average probably around 2000. Biggest thing to see it is not very accurate mapping.

There are just so many reasons:
- Long game here is like 15/15 and fide times are something like 90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one. on weekend tournament 90/30. It is a different ball game. for some people making use extra time is easy for some it hard
- some people play online drunken some don't
- some people have quiet flat and total concentration and while other try take care of their kids and answer a phone while playing.

Probably host list of other reasons why FIDE estimate from lichess cannot possibly be more than 200 point accurate. And my lichess rating is around 1400 (with lots of variance) and fide 1400 so maybe it does match sometimes
