No Berserk?

It is true, that I play better (and gain higher rating) if I abstain some time from tournaments (where I berserk a lot). So I can understand this. But tournaments are just no more the same.
Maybe I will become accustomed to it. But I think berserking was fun.
Next logical step is to discontinue Uxxxx tournaments. Inventing them is a horrible idea.
The sandbaggers can easily sandbag in other places in order to enter Uxxxx tournaments.
@Wolfram_EP

I think my point is sound, since no Open Arena (NOT EVEN THE 24 HOUR MARATHON!!!) is long enough for me to get a 1400 player win against me (it will take roughly 500 games for that to happen, maybe some 250 on berserk but when I start winning my oponents rating starts to climb up), so I could safely berserk them all with no effects on rating.

And the only point of sandbagging might be getting into some sort of UXXXX Arena. Otherwise it's some automated attempt to break the rating system.
I am glad Berserk has been disabled in U1700 Rapid. Thank you lichess team :)
I just played in an U-1500 tournament and noticed berserk being gone for the first time. I liked it. (probably because I never played berserk anyway)
i have berzerked all except about 10 of my 6000 games, so my current rating is my berzerk rating. it is meaningless now. I liked berzerking, and i thought most people thought it was a nice idea and a good option to have in a tournament. i didnt realize the majority of people hated it and wanted it abolished,.
@The-Berzerker I don't hate berserking and often berserk myself, but the way it interferes with the rating system is far from ideal at the moment.
i agree that anything that interferes with rating isnt ideal, but at the momeent, every single player here who has berzerked at some point (which is everyone) has their rating skewed due to how berzerking has effected their performances. If they ever bring berzerking back, we will be in the same spot we were in a week ago, so unless this becomes a permanent berzerking ban across the whole site, i dont see what the point of this exercise is.
