Rating system based on color

What would you think of a rating system that considers color into the calculation to even the scales between White and Black? For example, if you are rated 2000, your rating would be considered ~2030 for the calculation if you're White and ~1970 if you're Black. This could be applied online and offline. For instance, players in a 9-round norm tournament are at an advantage/disadvantage of obtaining a norm based on the color split. Tournaments frequently draw lots to determine this split. Changing the rating system could remove this element of luck from the equation.
Practically, it seems hard to apply...How to choose the correction for W or B (+ / - 30 in your example) ?
It's an arbitrary number, knowing that some are actually playing better B than W....

And does really W have such a big advantage in standard chess ?
It could make maybe more sense in Antichess, where W has theoretically a winning position after 1.e3 !!
it woudl be simple enough to implement. Elo left it out of calculation because he tought that everyone eventually gets same amount whites ans blacks and error evens out. In statistical system seems to valid thinking. Every game is biased coin toss hence the accuracy on any norm calculation cannot be so accurate the the error woudl matter.

Whites advantage is just about 35 points i.e about 1% increase in win rate. Would not really change anything. But if someones renews FIDE's badly datef rating system at some point why not. It would not cost anythign
This seems wrong.
Among weaker players the color does not matter as games are decided by blunders.
Among stronger players
it is easier to draw with black against a higher rated player than to win with white against a lower rated player.
That one thing. Amongst master player P(w win) - P(black win) is about 7% while amongs lichess population is is about 2%.
so taking white advantage in account it would need to factor in strength of the players. too much trouble I would say
