I wanna improve! Help !

@StiGGe I don't think that Ultrabullet games can improve playing at chess. Maybe you'll get faster at games - but there will be a lot of missclicks and it can't help at improving at chess...

Okay so let's create a topic on a forum and let's see players's opinion.

Actually bullet can improve your game. You can trila and ettor opening moves and faster see what world. You dont have to play long games. Just look up where you went wrnog in moves in the game after afterwards Evert time you for example lose. I also recomend you to play alot and look up opening. One day you will find one and say,oh this one i like. I changed from kings idian defense to grunfeld after 10 years :) one day i found the opening cool. You will improve.

1)Don't just learn an opening, you have to learn the general principles of the openings. Extremely important (vital).

2)Make a lot of tactics.

3)Make even more tactics.

4)Watch some commented games.

5)Ask for help when you don't understand something.

6)Play longer time controls, so that you have time to understand what's going on with the game, otherwise your moves are not gonna make any sense.

7)When you are tired of puzzles and tactics, make even more tactics.

8)If you want to learn how to play openings, start with e4 (probably an italian) which is open and is gonna expose you to tactical situations.

9)Don't play a lot of blitz.

10)Analyze your games, not only with the computer but with humans who can explain you what you did wrong and the reasons why it was wrong.

11)Learn about pawn structures

12)Know by heart how to give basic mates like King and Queen vs king, or King and Rook vs king.

Well Fransesco I disagree coz regardless gamemode you will always improve!

And play with increament.

playing with 2100+ player and ask for tips. it can change your game of thinking very much. one general principle a month. example, common patterns in the sicilian. how to attack. where to put the queen.

also i see you like to fianchetto the bishop a lot. maybe play e4 with siciak fianchettoed variation as white. and also e5 fianchettoed variation in spanish. maybe the sicilian fast dragon will suite you. i dont know. these are all i know with fianchettoes.

with d4 i see u like kings indian defence. try to build up with c5, e5 knight on d7, and move f5 as quickly possible.
