Blundering

Set your options so that take-backs are impossible. Punishment can be a useful master. It should make you a little more wary.
Didn't see your rating until after I answered the question. You can probably pretty safely ignore my answer, since you're about 500 points above me in just about every category.
Try to play against better players than you, that forces you not to make blunders to win
It is probably a matter of concentration.
Do you think of other stuff while blundering?
Karpov: "If you play, you must forget that you live"
I'm not exactly one that can probably help. But there was a time when I started playing bullet alot which completely worsened my overall chess. I got really frustrated and just stuck to longer time control which helped alot. There are days when I'm simply tired and not thinking I put my pieces into their suicide squares only to freak out after. In that case. I simply took a short break. Collected up my energy and determination and played a game where I was fully into the game and wanted to win. After that.. I won alot of games as other people seem to blunder as well. You need to just be determined and fully concentrating with alot of energy. Hope this helps..
Take my word as I am a specialist in it: Blundering has more to do with your concentration, mental exhaustion, current distractions etc.
This is the root of it, I think. Any technique (not necessarily chess related) might help, maybe Yoga, Meditation or something like that, that puts you in a calm and undistracted state of mind.
Probably this should be a big(!) part of any serious chess training...

Personally, I am way too lazy and unambitious to do so...

What annoys me the most about blunders is that it destroys a match (if anything else than ranking counts for you).
You are cheating yourself of the joy of a good equal battle, and the opponent knows that he has won just because of the blunder, which spoils his victory somehow as well... :-(
Thats why I usually grant takebacks, even if I am in a worse position (it is easy to grant them in a superior positon ;-))

When playing with friends, we have established takebacks for the above reason.
