How many times can a player let the clock run out after he's lost? Far be it from me to mention any names, such as gavicmihael, who must have received this a hundred times: Warning, gavicmihael. Letting time run out instead of resigning will result in a temporary ban.

Yes, IMO there is a clear issue with time stalling (should somehow be avoided) and claming wins on connection issues in long games (isn't funny if in a 2 hour game you get a forfeit because you lost connection for 2 minutes).
