Lichess can't control what happens to your computer though.
Higher rated players than you have resigned in a position similar to that one and did not ask for a rating refund.

A refund is not enough. You should be awarded compensation rating points for the mental distress. FIDE points, not cut-rate lichess points.

There are more things to worry about than a few rating points. Connection issues are not down to Lichess either. Demanding stuff won’t endear you to people. Try asking nicely!
