I would humbly suggest that maybe a chess site (where above average intelligence and perception could reasonably be expected to be endemic) is not the best place to try to scam the denizens. But who knows...maybe getting a pirated dvd in return for just $1.32 plus your bank details and email address is an attractive proposition to some.

Bro, what you are doing is completely illegal, I am sure that if you bought[or won] a DVD from somewhere, you are not allowed to resell it to many others. You would need permission from the author and publisher. Otherwise its completely unfair on them.
Basically what he is doing is he bought [probably not] a copy of the DVD and he is and giving it for free to many others if they play in his tournament. I don't know about you but this looks completely illegal l to me. I am sure you are not allowed to resell books and DVDs without the permission of the author and publisher because basically many people get the DVD but only 1 person has paid the author.
