correspondence glitch

I have a corpodence game that should have ended in one day going for at least a month. Anyone know how to fix this?

I looked at your game and it seems time control is infinite,meaning game can last forever. Possible options here:
1.You could ask your opponent politely to move/move faster.
2.Ignore the game until it awards you the win.
3.Pick more reasonable time controls next time when agreeing to the game.

There is no simple fix other than my actions mentioned above. Hope,this helped :)

"Forever" on Lichess is 21 days. The game will eventually time out.

Yes, and pressed several days ago - to no affect.
