Yes, but you didn't really have to "build a bridge" via the usual winning method -- rather, the ability to block was more or less handed to you. So its worth taking a look at how the method usually works.

Yes I definitely stumbled into the position and wasn't thinking about building a bridge.
I would definitively not categorise this as a Lucena position for a couple of reasons. The first would be that the pawn is not advanced to the seventh rank. So in a typical lucena study you might speak of reaching a Lucena position after by advancing the pawn to the seventh and putting your king on the 8th rank.
Two more factors make me question calling this a Lucena position. One is that I took a cursory glance at my trusted dvoretsky Manuel and there was a separate section on rook-pawn endings of this nature. The second and this might be the least material in this context is that there are five pawns in this ending, though admittedly four of them are basically NPC's here.

But perhaps these are all just mitigating circumstance and this only a 'trivial' Lucena position. Don't know actually.
