Best setup for ultrabullet/bullet games

Has anybody experimented with their setup? I've noticed that I'm better with a mouse and big screen at blitz and bullet where it doesn't convert to an endgame but I am better with the mobile touchscreen at bullet where the game leads to crazy endgames. I was wondering if someone has figured out a good setup ( type of touchscreen, mouse, screen ergonomic furniture combo) that has enabled their best reaction speed for playing fast chess.

The fastest is actually a combo of mouse and keyboard. You use keyboard to select the piece and the mouse to select the destination square.

It's very difficult to learn though. Personally i just turn my mouse sensitivity way up and make the board way smaller. But I'm only 1% better at ultrabullet than regular bullet.
