Looking for chess study mates

I am improving at a slow rate and want to hit 2300 by the end of the year. I need help with endgames and responding to d4. more than happy to help in return and just want some people to play and improve with.

What time control did you have in mind? I can do 15+10, and in return I would like to play Chess 960 at 10+10 or 15+10 time control.
