@ahamz #31 not necessarily they could just play against the computer for fun (and the computer at least at a certain difficulty and above can not only match any super GM but easily surpass him or in other words he could get the necessary complexity in order to increase his/her skill )
Having said that I find it highly unlikely for a person like that to exist.
Simply because in order to reach that point even if you play against the computer you need thousands of hours and dedication at that point it is virtually impossible not to have the slightest desire to involve yourself with chess in competitions.
Like wasting most of your life doing something just to be able to wind your computer and then just go on without even playing a single official match?
That sounds too farfetched.
So theoretically it could be possible (if a person with the necessary talent and dedication spends most of his life doing something and then gets sworn to hide his powers from the public for some mystic reason)
But practically I would say it is impossible.

@AcabaComigo don't know if appealing but chinese chess they usually call tactical but don't know about shogi. Must be a real downer for nakamura though. Shogi players are on good tv channels, and he only has noobs and freaks on youtube.
@drunkenM4ST4 Or maybe someone with a reasonable level of chess skills could memorise sound moves till lets say the 30rd move and then use his chess kills to manage either a win or a draw against any computer or person that exists. The measure the match progresses, the choices becomes narrowers and their do not influence as much as the initial moves in the outcome of the game. I am trying to make a platform for that.

Dunno about super GMs, but my fide unrated friend almost defeated an IM(Sad that he blundered it away)
Magnus carlsen was also a beginner one day but now he is a super GM because he practiced chess daily and have talent to do , there would be sure a player better than magnus carlsen
