According to CNN, the shooter has been identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks, a resident of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, 35 miles south of Butler. Apparently he was a registered Republican, but had donated to a Democrat-leaning action committee in 2021.

No. He is saying that the security was perhaps to incompetent to handle security at the rally.
He never hinted that it was staged.

The shooter was less than 200m away, on a flat roof, seen by attendees but not Secret Service? The SS spotters should fired and become mall security. It could have been much worse. So sad for the deceased and injured and their families.
Believe it or not, but I'm happy Trump survived. Politics should not be handled by firing at your opponents. Killing opponents happens in totalitarian societies.
