Your description puts a white king and a white pawn on f4.
I'd like to try to solve it but we need to see the correct position.
I have to admit defeat. There must be some trick to stop the black king reaching c8 when the white king tries to invade b8 or to stop it reaching f7 when the white king tries to attack g6, but I cannot find a way.
here is quite simple , since black pawns are all on white squares , and white bishop is black, all that black need to do is to block white king from invasion, what can be easily done by making mirrors moves, so it's a draw

We are told there is a win which is what makes the position very interesting.
I can't find it though.

Maybe some f 3 move , to push g 4 pawn and exchange this to pawns , so only g6 , and h4 pawn remaining, and there is much easier to play ow take that g6 pawn , while it's naked
