Player dont play both color

Hello! Why player who play only black in horde is not banned in lichess? @LaplaceBeltrami dont play both color in horde where black is better to play. Why moderators dont banned these players? or its right?

Why don't you just find someone else to play with? Or you can play in tournaments that would force people to play both sides.

People don't join horde tournaments. There's barely anyone other than the shield and yearly
