So? The puzzle rating is usually higher than the rating for playing. And if you like, you can look up the solution. Cheating yourself is not prevented by Lichess.
Still, what is the use of this thread? Should we admire Ghost-Robot? Or blame him? Or try ourselves to gain such a puzzle rating?

What I don't understand, is how you can solve 464 puzzles and still have a question mark (3300?)
