Why do we Exist?

@Toscani writes in #78 that"[s]arcasm inverts the surface meaning, and "seems wise" actually communicates that something is decidedly unwise."

Toscani is right about sarcasm. But I was not being sarcastic.

I added the "seems' as a qualifier simply because I am not in position to judge @Toscani's wisdom with absolute dependability. I don't hang around him at work, for example.

But so far, judging by his (or her, I suppose) posts, Toscani seems wise to me. I was quite sincere about that.

Although now I must add, perhaps, that Toscani doesn't seem to trust Noflaps to act in good faith. Which is a shame, but nothing that can't change, with time and further reading.

I have no interest in attacking others, especially those who do not attack me first.

And when I express admiration, I mean it.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I want to clarify that my previous comments were not intended to offend anyone. If they did, I sincerely apologize.
No need to apologize. Without helpful body language and voice inflections, it's not always easy to gauge somebody else's intentions. I rarely take offense online. We're all doing the best we can. Well, almost all of us, anyway.

it's not
>other styles,ways perspectives.
it's: w r o n g.
"god", "wave-particle dualism", "because we have to enjoy life" are
w r o n g answers to why we are here.
"2" is a w r o n g answer to 1 x 1 = ?

zero points.
and if you're not willing to learn about this wonderful world, how it works, what is known about it, but keep fancying w r o n g answers of your own for common knowledge, you have to leave school!

I am not going to have a discussion about the first cause argument, I am too old for that. And frankly it just bores the hell out of me.

If you want to believe in God, then by all means, do so. I don't.
