Everyday in the forums is the question of whether a Lichess rating compares with FIDE ratings or some other site.
What I'd like to know... does a Chess 960 rating reflect a FIDE rating>?
Also, a Chess 960 rating would be dependent on the time controls, so I realize its hard to pencil out.
However, I believe Chess 960 to be the great equalizer in online chess because it eliminates opening theory.
This has perhaps allowed me to beat players at Chess 960 that are rated much higher in standard chess.
Which suggests that a Chess 960 ratings are the purest indication of skill.
Is your Chess 960 rating on Lichess similar to your FIDE rating>?
