Getting better in Bullet

Should i close this account and open a new one and reach to 2300 winning from weak guys so then stop and play casual to become stronger in bullet?
I think you shouldn't do that because you will think much more to resist but you are going to be flagged or you won't think
to flag but you are going to be checkmated. You can't beat them with normal style you must try something extraordinary. Then you are going to lose your style.

Winning from weak people won’t improve your strength, you will be 2300 but only play against 1400s and if u play tourneys ( otb or online ) this won’t help and won’t help. Why would want to hit 2300 and play casual?! Play it now!!

2300 at what? Rapid? Blitz or Bullet? That is my first question. The second question is what makes you believe that playing casual bullet will make you a stronger player? i say this because how are you going to measure your progress without a rating?

IMHO, the bullet games are completely cooked. They are finished, in that they have gone way past how bullet should play out. The evolution of online bullet over the last year is so extreme that there is little doubt that a "known" "unknown" is affecting the games. It is more difficult now to improve at bullet then it has ever been in the past. I would go as far as saying that currently bullet games have become so fast that there is a serious disconnection with the quality of games as a uniform spread of the playing pool.

Which begs the point, playing casual bullet will mean you are playing numerous low quality games against very weak players who have no correlation with strength of play and yet there ratings suggest something else. very strange, it may make you fast, but it won't make you strong.
No guys i know your point but i said win agains weak players at first to reach 2300 meaning not cheating
And then ply casual with +2200 to get stronger
Otherwise if you play rated that i cant or i would play now
Because i find it so hard to reach 2300 now my friend sepehrov wasnt that strong but as he reached to 2300 by (chance)lets say than he is much stronger than me because he practiced with stronger players and yet im stuck with 1600
You can still play with 2200+'s on casual regardless on rating. There is no reason for you to be 2300 except for bragging rights. I would just recommend you to play and get to your desired rating instead.
I can only speak from my own personal perspective. My best rating at bullet is 2220. My current rating is 1688.
In my last game against a 1600 player I was losing by 10 seconds and would have lost if I had not checkmated my opponent.
Rated or casual, bullet games on Lichess are completely cooked. They have no connection with reality. The bullet rating system on Lichess does not know what it is measuring.
all I know is, playing bullet on Lichess is miles better than on chess.com (when I can even log onto chess.com that is) because I think of the lag compensation. i'm down 10 seconds in the first 3 moves, often, at chess.com, even premoving.
