THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH SOME PLAYERS THAT THEY MANAGED TO STOP THE TIMER ON BLITZ... DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS? HOW THEY DO THAT?

I have a question. why some players have the [ability]? to stop the timer?
I just finished a blitz game in which my opponent stopped the timer at 1.8seconds when mine was at 40 seconds
and I lost because my opponent's just would not move from there...
Do you know why? how?

If he has a bad internet connection his premoves are slower so in those cases there is a compensation. In other words, you can see that he takes a second to move but in fact he made a premovement.

if is for this game ...he did premovements at end , for this he dont loose time
