Honestly, if you find something interesting, or worthy of talk, it'll usually generate interactions...

Just post any content.

It is also the case that even if you are not coming up with the best post in the thread, or even the best thread, other participants can still make a good post due to the context you're building...

So my only advice is post more threads & throw out more content to generate better content.

I started and completed today (it took a lot of time though) it took like one hour. Second time, like 5 mins because I knew how to cross each checkpoint by then.
