Glad to have been on and playing during the record peak. This site is absolutely exploding and deservedly so. Right now, without a question, this is the #1 chess site. Period. Chess.com is such a total pos next to this. Help your fellow chess friends who are stuck over there see the light and inform them of the power that be Lichess!
yea agreed chess.com doesn't even compare.
I went over there and played a few games of blitz about an hour ago and it was just depressing. The technology is terribly outdated and buggy. There's really no sense of meaning to the games. Players, for the most part, barely know how to operate a computer. What's worse - the developers don't seem to be able to, either.
$99/year or $14/month are your options to use the site fully. So basically, $99 upfront or $168 slowly. That's insane pricing compared to the competition. I wonder where all the money's going.
