Computer analysis is not working

In my mobile app suddenly I am not able to request a computer analysis. It replies with "access is unauthorized". What to do?

This happens when another analysis from you is still running. Or if you have requested too many analysis (only 20 till 30 analysis per day are allowed, don't know the exact number)
