Chesstempo is awesome for tactic puzzles, as well as endgame puzzles.
I would suggest you start doing standard and mixed mode puzzles on chesstempo website (ignore the blitz tactics unless you reach something like 1700 tactics rating there.)
It is important to keep the routine.
Doing 100 puzzles in one night, and then 2 months nothing is unlikely going to help you to improve your tactics.
I have been doing tactic puzzles on chesstempo since around 2011, and it is interesting to see that several puzzles that I failed in the past I am now solving successfully. On the other hand, some puzzles I solved in the past I fail now, but that is just a few.
Regarding rating : my chesstempo standard rating goes up and down between 1850 and 2130.
I try to do my best to not give that rating too much value.
There's thousands of puzzles, and I also sometimes do those puzzles when I'm tired and bored. A fresh and energetic mind will likely give better results when doing those tactic puzzles.
But try also the Ideachess, Emrald and Chesscademy tactic websites. It is a good idea to not do tactic puzzles on just one website during a few years. You will probably also see different ratings on different websites.
