Am i hopeless at fast games?

those are my losses per variant:

lichess.org/insights/Rookitiki/termination/variant/result:3

is there any advice on how to not time out? i just tend to completely forget about clock when looking at the board. even when i notice that the timer turns red and i look at it when looking back at the board i focus on that only and time out. sometimes i even time out when i know exactly how to convert simply because i forget to premove.
i like the faster games, but time management seems impossible to me.

what do you guys do to speed up? safe premoves? special training? trying to remember more opening prep? thx for your advice
#1: Playing Two Openings Consistently Really Helps Me Play Faster In The Opening, As I Have A Lot Of Experience With Those two, And Know How To Play Them Quickly.

Also, You Just Need To Force Yourself To Play Something, Even If You Can't Think Of A Good-Move.

@Shadow1414 at this point I gotta ask: what's up with all the Camel Case? It seems you pre-process all your messages through a text editor and shift-F3 everything!

Perhaps because English isn't his first language? It appears like he is Danish.
#4: That Isn't Revelvant To The Thread, So Asking In A DM Would Be A Way Better Option.

As For The Question: You Mean Why I Use A Big Letter At The Start Of Every Word?

If So: I Mainly Do It To Avoid Awkward Situations Where I'm Not Sure Whether I Should Use A Big Or Small Letter At The Start Of Certain Words.

Gee, thanks for answering @Shadow1414, and you do have a point, but (for me) DMs are a bit too personal and I usually only DM people I am comfortable with
What can help you on is that, you need to train yourself in playing middle game and endgame simulations
You can also try playing puzzle games that helps too
