Masters of the Chessboard and Modern Ideas in Chess: which one to read first?

I've bought two books by Richard Réti, namely, Masters of the Chessboard and Modern Ideas in Chess.

Which one should I read first? Is there any particular order?

Thanks.
Looking forward to a reply in this thread.
In my experience, chess books go on the shelf before they are read. Having a lot of chess books makes you look smart. Actually read it? No..no.. you are doing it wrong.
One must collect and read them.
Does not matter which one you start with.
Modern Ideas in Chess is an ok book, won't require much work.
Masters of the chess board is very good, so invest some good time in it.
Can study side by side too.
