Not getting accepted or denied as a streamer

Hello,
I have applied for streamer a few days ago and im not getting accepted or denied

I am still recieving a message from Lichess which says
"Please enable two-factor authentication to secure your account at lichess.org/account/twofactor.
You received this message because your account has special responsibilities such as coach, teacher or streamer."

But there is no icon such as a coach, teacher or streamer

I tried testing the streaming application, and Lichess sent the two-factor authentication message to me when I was half-way through the form. You have to wait for the mods to accept. If nothing happens after a few days, try re-filling it again. Or emailing Lichess, but good luck with that.
