Is there a setting to automatically declare a win if a person leaves the game?

I get players from time to time leave a game sometimes when I get some sort of advantage. There will be times when the system tells me that it appears that the other player has left and asks me if I want to declare victory.

Is there a setting that will automatically claim a win for me if the person leaves?
