Disconnect deafeat feature

In some of my games I get disconnected and I renew after 10 secs and what I see is that I've already lost the game due to my oppenent has claimed the victory. I think that there should be a time limit until you can claim a victory, like 30 secs. It really sucks to renew the page after 10 secs and see that you have lost the game because your opponent claimed the victory just because of disconnection problems.

There is already a waiting time of 15 seconds, to be clear.

I didn't know that, but still, I believe that 15 seconds is kinda too small amount of time. I believe that 30 secs would be fine.
