Greetings. It seems like I cannot find any games.
Sometimes I will be paired with a 1000 or 1700something, definitely not close to either my current rating or the rating range I try to apply. Also, whatever the result my rating wont change (on rated games, or at least it says so on the upper left).
At first I thought it was my internet connection, now I'm back home and never had net issues here. I have cleared cookies and browser stuff numerous times, I just cleared out previous sign-ins from other places just in case it was too many or something but nothing worked.
Just today I tried changing my linked email which would make no sense to help but whatever, I tried.
I am wondering if I'm banned, is there an indication regarding that? I would appeal from the contact page but I don't see such an indication.
